Our plant is engaged in the process of converting raw cattle hides to the wet blue semifinished product (tanned leather using chromium salts). It is located in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aktobe city. It was commissioned in December 2014. The capacity of the plant is 180 tons per month. Currently we have 769,598 square meters of wet blue semifinished product. It is 100% machine flayed with no ticks, no scratches, no humps, average weight is 25+ kg, 100% bull, substance is unsplitted (full) wet blue. An average area of the semifinished product is 3.46 square meters, the minimum thickness is 2.5-3 mm, the maximum thickness is 5.5-6 mm. We offer cooperation in supplying of wet blue semifinished leather with capacity of 20,000 square meter per month.
