The capacity calculations and strength calculations of the products we manufacture are made again for each product in line with the wishes of the customers, considering the point where the product will be used. Since construction machines are used for multiple purposes, the number of attachments used is quite high. While the most used products are produced in series in our company, completely specific products are designed and produced with the design and customer approval process in the products specifically requested. It is very important to know the hardness and abrasiveness values of the materials that the attachment is in direct contact with, in terms of the material selection and strength calculations of the attachment to be used in the operations where construction equipment is used (excavation, excavation, construction, etc.)
Abrasion-resistant materials are used in the parts of the attachments working with very hard and abrasive materials in contact with the material. Depending on the degree of abrasion, the hardness values of the abrasion resistant materials used vary from product to product. For example, in attachments used in extremely abrasive materials, the contact surfaces are covered with 500 Brinell hardness steel, while 400 Brinell hard steel is used with slightly less abrasive values. If the abrasion amount is below the specified values, tensile strength 520 steels are used on the contact surfaces.
