We are working to inform our farmers throughout the production season to ensure that they make more conscious and efficient production. We share the principles and rules we have determined with our farmers and guide them for their implementation. We aim to be more efficient for our farmers by developing a strategy and program. We provide training, guidance, encouragement, definition of duties and responsibilities, monitoring and evaluation of farmers. To ensure that farmers gain the necessary knowledge and skills at every stage of production, to teach sustainable production techniques; It is our duty to ensure that our farmers make more conscious production by providing information about the protection of the environment, natural resources and biological diversity.
We ensure that our farmers become aware of them by distributing brochures, presentations and farmer meetings so that they can produce better. Of course, in order to support these practices, we organize field days and enable them to learn visually.
