Ayar Torna was founded in 1986 by Ayhan ARDAL in Istanbul. It started production by producing machine parts and agricultural machinery. In 1995, with the participation of Yakup ARDAL and Ahmet ARDAL, Setting Machinery Industry Limited Company was established and after CNC machinery and technological investments, it started production in an area of 800 square meters.
In 2009, it moved to its 3000 square meter open 5000 square meter closed factory in Şekerpınar - Çayırova - Kocaeli and continues its production with new generation machines with a customer oriented, high quality, reliable and timely delivery approach.

In our company, with the active participation and efforts of all employees under the leadership of the management, our aim is to fully satisfy our customers by producing all our products in accordance with the national and international quality standards in the most economical way and in the desired delivery time with the understanding of continuous improvement.
