About
Baysan was established in 1976 in Izmit as a small mechanical component manufacturer.
In 1990, Mr. Tuncer Baydar bought the company and started to produce 520 mm wide Transformer Radiator.
In 1996, he started to produce wave walls by installing the wave wall machine for the first time.
In 1999, it increased its production capacity by commissioning the second wave wall machine. In this way, it expanded its customer portfolio and started commercial cooperation with institutionalized companies in the sector.
In 2004, the company expanded its goals and started the production of Power Transformer Boiler and its components in addition to the production of Wave Wall, Wave Wall Boiler and Radiator.
In 2007, the second Radiator line was established.
Expanding its customer network in Western Europe and Middle East countries in 2008, the company started to invest in a new Kazan factory built on a total area of 20,000 m2, 12,000 m2 of which is closed, in order to respond to the developing technology and market network.
As of March 2009, Mr. Tuncer BAYDAR and Mr. Necat TAŞDEMİR partnership was established.
In 2011, DIN 18800-7 and ISO 3834-2 Welded Manufacturing Competence certificates were obtained.
As of June 2012, the share transfer was realized and BAYSAN Trafo Kazanları A.Ş. firm Mr. Necat TAŞDEMİR took over
As of 2013, the existing quality certificates were combined (ISO 9001: 2008 / ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS 18001-2007) and the implementation of the Integrated Management System was implemented.
Baysan Group continues its efforts to lead the sector, equipped with experienced personnel in order to realize the production of Power Transformer Boilers in accordance with the most modern and advanced technologies.
