BCS Metal, the leading and dynamic company of the Turkish metal industry, started the metal processing industry in 1981 under the name of Güneydoğu Çelik Kasa. In this period, when he produced steel cash registers and implemented many special projects, his success in the steel cash box sector opened the doors to foreign markets such as Germany and Russia for BCS Metal.
Strengthening the production infrastructure company with experience in international markets, in 1988 the group was one of Turkey\'s most important automotive aftermarket manufacturer Mitsubishi-Temsa. BCS Metal, which gained a strong place in the automotive industry in a short time, increased its ongoing cooperation with Temsa. Today, chassis assemblies and 3000 different sub-assembly parts of all vans and buses in the Mitsubishi - Temsa product range, 80% of which are exported to Europe and America, are carefully manufactured at BCS Metal facilities and delivered to Temsa production lines with pride.
BCS Metal, which continues to develop not only in commercial vehicles but also in the construction equipment sector, started to manufacture and export excavator buckets and agricultural machinery parts in 2007.
In 2007 5.000.000 of € plants and investments in technology that makes the BCS metal, these investments and has given the first laser profile cutting machines in Turkey, 2500 * with sheet metal cutting ability of the laser cutting machine in 8000 size in the world to be one of two plants with this bench has succeeded.
BCS Metal, which added TIRSAN to its main customer portfolio with a facility of 10,000 square meters in total, 5,000 square meters of which was established in Sakarya in 2009, started to manufacture trailer parts.
Continuing its investments in 2011, BCS METAL continues to increase its production infrastructure and capacity with the 6000 watt-2000 * 6000 laser machine added to the Adapazarı facility and the CNC vertical processing center, CNC lathes and presses it added to the Gaziantep facility.
BCS Metal, which operates in 3 regions, namely Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone, Adana Çukobirlik and Sakarya 2nd Organized Industrial Zone, continues its activities with a total of 23 thousand m2 closed area, more than 250 qualified employees and a bench park with an annual sheet metal processing capacity of 24,000 tons.
