We started production with our Berfino Furniture Accessories brand in January 2006, taking a deep-rooted sector experience behind us. Since our establishment, we regularly keep close to sectoral developments both at home and abroad.
Our company, which aims to provide the best service to our customers by following up, takes care to carry out all production processes within its own structure until it turns raw material into product.
We act with environmental awareness at every stage, from the quality of the material we use to the disposal of wastes, within the framework of our environmentally friendly production approach. We work with the understanding of total quality management with the participation of all company employees and our ISO 9001 quality management system, which we have acquired to ensure that our production works effectively, efficiently and customer-oriented.
We always consider it as our main goal to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and to produce products with a zero defect percentage. With our team renewed in 2013 and our expanding production facility, we continue to make investments for customer satisfaction and to improve ourselves every day with R&D studies.
