WHERE?

Production with local resources, high technology, on-site service and spare parts support!

When preparing to start a business in an industry you consider to be profitable, we know what questions you need to answer:
• How much is the investment cost?
• From where and how will I get maintenance-repair and spare parts?
• Can I find a sufficient and experienced workforce?

When we decided to evaluate our engineering talent in the machinery industry 20 years ago, we set out with similar questions.

Our aim was to produce with local resources and labor, to use our engineering skills for the development of the local industry, to provide our customers with adequate technical service, in-service training and spare parts support. We are happy to be able to give satisfactory answers to all your questions at the point we have reached.

Since 1990, the Turkish machinery industry has grown by about 20% annually. As an SME, we know our contribution to this growth, and we are proud to develop products and projects with an international competitive edge. Yes WHERE to us? The answer to the question is very clear: Made in Turkey.

WHEN?

Since 1992 ...

\"Best!\" While embracing the name, we were aware that we were on a road that would expand as we progressed. In order not to lose our way, we have adopted some basic principles:

• Production conditions change, quality standards do not change.
• The changing expectations of the sector and the customer are quickly integrated into the projects / system / production plan.
• R&D is part of the team, not an expert consulted when necessary.
• Commercial efficiency of products is at the forefront for customers.
• Each product should be capable of the previous one.
• Mind produces technology, technology feeds the mind.

We left 20 years behind by producing laser cutting and marking machines. We tried to think like a gardener who feeds himself with the products he has grown during this time. We developed products by cultivating intelligence, technology and labor, and the products we developed gave us intelligence, energy and strength for new ones.

HOW?

With a tailor-made, innovative perspective ...

Although it may seem incomprehensible to those who are not in it, laser cutting and marking machines are used in so many sectors (textile, denim, advertising, printing, metal) that you can see laser marks on many objects we touch.

Laser technology comes into play at one stage in the production of most of your food and beverage packaging, shoes and clothes, all kinds of printed materials, fabric, glass or metal household items. The biggest factor that provokes our creativity is actually this sectoral diversity.

It may be possible to use a laser in an area where you are planning to manufacture or invest, or at any stage of your production. Many of the machines in our product list are the result of such a need.

The laser cutting or marking machine that fully meets your needs may not yet be manufactured, or it may be beyond your investment to acquire it from the country of manufacture, but that does not mean it is out of reach. One day, a customer came with a small box. The box made of wood was assembled without nails or glue. Our customer needed a box with these characteristics in order to export food abroad. He wanted a machine from us to make the box. We did.

WHY IS THAT?

If theoretically possible, why not?

Dictionaries help the mechanical engineer using basic physics principles and material technologies to analyze, design, manufacture and maintain mechanical systems; defines it as a person who can provide analytical solutions to problems by mathematically modeling physical events and situations.

If you asked us, we would say people who are concerned about doing what they know is theoretically possible.

We were children who were struggling with everything at home to understand how it worked. When we grew up and studied engineering, we realized that it was not the parts that made the machine work, but the idea behind it. This is the exciting part of the job. You can turn anything that science has theoretically made possible into a machine.

Today, we feel this excitement with every new project. Based on the wishes, needs or obligations defined by our customers, we produce machines that can give any shape to any kind of textile, metal, paper, glass, plastic.

We produce the mechanics, electronics and software of all the machines we manufacture, and provide technical support, maintenance, repair and spare parts.

After all, WHY? The most realistic answer we can give to the question is MERAK!
