While removing the burnt winding wires inside the motor, 1-2 bobbins are completely removed before they break apart and the mold measurements are taken, then the diameter of the wire is measured with a micrometer.
After the wires are removed from the stator grooves, the motor is cleaned internally and externally by blowing compressed air into the stator grooves and motor.
An induction bearing heating device is used during the maintenance phase of the bearings, while removing and installing the bearings.
