About
ÇELİKEL Aluminum was founded in Istanbul in 1968 by our father, the late Osman Deniz. Our company, which started its production adventure in a small workshop of 16 m2, used to work with gravity and sand casting methods. Later, in 1974, when the first injection press was included in the production line, other methods were abandoned in time and completely pressure casting was adopted.
ÇELİKEL, which moved to its 17.000 m2 Samandıra facilities in 1996, was an establishment that could now process the parts it casted in 2002. The production capacity of our company, which has been operating in Gebze organized industrial zone since 2013 in its new complex of 24,000 m2, is 12,000 tons per year with its existing machinery. We aim to increase our annual capacity up to 30,000 tons with new machines that will participate in the production process in the near future, in the part of our production base reserved for additional investments.
As ÇELİKEL Aluminum, 75 percent of our production of cast parts for export is made up of lighting, electrical and engine parts that the automotive industry needs. The remaining 25% production is divided into parts used in white goods and household appliances.
With its low specific gravity, conductivity, corrosion resistance and recycling tendency, aluminum is in demand from many different industries every year. Today, ÇELİKEL, which is an institution that has succeeded in reflecting its eco-innovative vision to its production, is READY to respond from the beginning to the end of this increasing demand, especially in the automotive sector, with half a century of experience and knowledge in the field of aluminum casting! ..
