Our company started its activities in November 1996 to provide training and consultancy services on the establishment of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

Starting from the end of 1997, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S topics were added to our study topic. Thus, activities were initiated to establish infrastructure in the enterprise using the ISO 9001 standard and to increase performance by using TPM and 5S.

In 2002, he became the trainer of Kamil BOLAT KalDer, one of the founders of the company, on TPM and 5S and started to provide training on the mentioned subjects on behalf of KalDer.

Since 2004, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 subjects have been among our study topics. Immediately after the participation of these issues in the company\'s working subjects, the first Integrated Management System Establishment Project to cover TÜPRAŞ\'s Headquarters and Refineries was carried out, and the Integrated Management System covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 standards was established and certified. After this project, a management system including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, TPM, 5S and HACCP was established and certified in DOĞADAN Herbal and Fruit Teas.

Starting from 2004, training programs were organized for university students in order to train the personnel needed by enterprises in TPM, 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, and these programs were expanded to cover Lean Production in 2009. In the beginning, only university students participated in this training program, and over time, the employees of the enterprises started to participate. In these programs, information and experiences are conveyed to the participants.

Our company still continues its training and consultancy activities for the establishment and development of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) and for performance enhancement activities in enterprises with Lean Production tools (TPM, 5S, SMED, Cellular Manufacturing, U lines).

Measurable results have been achieved with the loss removal and performance improvement projects carried out. There are reference letters of the companies served for these projects.
