Ekol Kalıpçılık Polyurethane Ltd. The foundations of Şti start with our general manager Halil İbrahim Dönmez\'s experience in polyurethane manufacturing and polyurethane mold production companies in the 1980s. In 1993, under the name of Ekol Kalıpçılık, it started mold production in an area of 22 m2 in Istanbul - Kartal, and entered the sector with small steps.
In 1997, it moved to Kocaeli-Gebze and moved here to an area of 700 m2. It was continuing its activity as mold production. However, since the sector did not meet the needs of our customers, it started to produce polyurethane products by purchasing the first polyurethane machine in order to meet the needs.
Our rapidly growing company has needed new investments with the expansion of its field and product range. It continues its production in a closed area of 3263 m2 by building its own production and administrative building in Gebze Small Industrial Zone in 2005. Our company has expanded its machine park with its current location, our company produces polyurethane products in the fields of automotive, construction and security. Besides this, it also performs vacuum forming processes.
