Founded FERSAN in 1978 with an investment for leaf brine and olive production.
In 1982, Fersen soon became operational with the production of vinegar marinade that has established production facilities with McDonald\'s restaurants in Turkey became the single supplier of pickles.
Partnering with DEVELEY Senf & Feinkost GmbH in 1994, FERSAN adapted German quality and meticulousness to its own flavors. In 1996, it made a waste water treatment facility investment. The ongoing year has launched respectively in turn automatic packaging plant, began production in lemon sauce, Turkey began producing packaged fresh-cut vegetables for McDonald\'s restaurants.
FERSAN became a part of DEVELEY Senf & Feinkost GmbH in 2012 and with the strength it has provided, FERSAN continues to add value to your meals with its different and innovative products besides traditional flavors.
