Formfleks Yalıtım Ürünleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş was established in 1983 by the founders of Erkurt to provide \'finished products\' to the automotive industry. Although Erkurt was already producing finished products, its main activity was to produce asphalt and felt raw materials. As a result of this approach, Formfleks started its manufacturing life by producing formed floor and trunk carpets. It has expanded its product range with form or formless PU-based sound absorbers used behind carpets. Proving itself with formed carpet and PU-based sound insulation materials, Formfleks signed a technical assistance agreement with Sommer Industrie, a world company in its field, in 1993. Finding the opportunity to develop its production capacity thanks to this agreement, Formfleks succeeded in cooperating with companies such as Treves, Faurecia and Rieter in various projects in the following years, and in 2005, it established a partnership with the French firm Novetüd.
Formfleks has become a first in its field in every subject. Formfleks was the first to produce lightweight yet durable trim materials in our country, obtained by applying and forming PU to glass fiber reinforced Honeycomb panels.
Founded in 2006, the company produced in Adapazari Formfleks, patent Formfleks belonging MDF PI application is also the first and only in Turkey. Ford truck torpedoes, which are designed to produce environmentally friendly torpedoes and whose carcass is covered with felt, are produced only in Brazil and in our country.
Formfleks has developed and continues to improve itself by using quality and production systems such as Q1, WCM, which its valued customers want. Among the awards he has received many times; The Cost Management Award among Toyota European Manufacturers in 2002 and the European quality award received from Renault in 2009 were awards proving Formfleks\'s position in the international platform.
He took part in many projects as a \"full system supplier\" and proved himself in designing and product development.
