1927 - Family elders started importing iron and steel in Kayseri and Mersin. They started to trade the materials they imported in the domestic market.
1967 - Demir Sac Galvaniz Tic. Singing. A.S. Çayırova / Gebze was established and Galvanized Sheet production started. Turkey\'s first galvanizing line was established in the private sector.
1987 - Gazi Metal Mamulleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. His company started steel trading in Karaköy / Istanbul.
1998 - Ferga Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., in partnership with the Dutch company Ferco BV. a steel service center was established under the name.
2001 - Ferco BV transferred its shares to Turkish partners.
2004 - Gazi Metal Mamulleri A.Ş. it gained its current company structure. Research studies on the cold rolling facilities project started.
2008 - It was decided to establish cold rolling mills that will produce cold rolled sheets. Engineering studies and ground studies were initiated.
2009 - Karasu / Sakarya Organized Industrial Zone was chosen as the establishment location of the cold rolling facilities.
2011 - A technology and complete facility purchase agreement was signed with the German SMS company.
2013 - Assembly operations started in Karasu.
2014 - Karasu facilities started production as the 5th cold rolling facility of our country. First roll, August 18

2015 - Trial productions and quality studies have been completed.
2016 - Production started.
