FOUNDATION

Kom Tekstil ve Konfeksiyon Sanayi A.Ş., founded by Hasan Cansiz in 1950, started its production adventure with underwear in a small workshop in Galatasaray. Moving to its factory building in Şişli-Bomonti in 1961, Kom invested in its machinery park to produce its own fabric and lace. In the same years, he made an additional license agreement with \"Manhattan International\" and started sewing men\'s shirts.

Having signed a license agreement with the American lingerie company \"Hollywood Vasserette\" in the 1970s, Kom\'s know-how increased its production volume.

Ko in 1978, putting an end to the production of men\'s shirts, a special agreement with the collection of an Italian and French swimsuit company began to produce for Turkey. Kom became the first and largest company in trendy swimwear.

Kom continued to grow in the 1980s. Investments were made in dyeing, finishing and printing, and PISA TEKSTIL VE BOYA FABRIKALARI A.Ş. was established. In 1998, PARMA TEKSTIL VE SANAYI A.Ş. The fabric marketing company named Kom has joined the organization.

In its 25,000 square meter integrated facilities including PISA and PARMA in Istanbul Yenibosna, Kom produces nearly 1 million pieces of men\'s, women\'s and children\'s swimwear per year from yarn to final product, and the number of underwear is 2.5-3 million pieces. The USA, Denmark, Germany, England, Russia, Israel, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Greece, Spain, Belgium, Chile, Canada, Egypt, Lebanon, United Arab Emirates are some of the export countries.
