In our integrated production facility, the yarns required by velvet are subject to the twisting and warping process after passing the approval stage in the test laboratory, and they become ready for dyeing by weaving the Van De Wiee brand weaving looms. During the painting phase, following the painting process performed on the Küsters continuous dyeing machine, after the finishing and brushing process, the finished scissors become the finished fabric as a result of the brushing process.

Its annual weaving production is 5,000,000 m2 / year and its annual dyeing capacity is 5,000,000 m2 / year. It exports finished and raw cloth to Italy, Belgium, France, England, Spain and America.
