MARBEYAZ MAKİNA SANAYİ A.Ş.
MARBEYAZ was established in the factory in Derince, Kocaeli in 1959 to manufacture Pelton, Francis, Turgo turbines for hydroelectric power plants in 2008. Our factory has a total area of 25.700 m2, of which 17.000 m2 is closed and 8700 m2 is open.
The founding partners of MARBEYAZ have many years of experience in the construction and operation of dams and hydroelectric power plants. The group has completed its HEPP investment of 9.7 MW and 7.9 MW in 2011, and there are two hydroelectric power plants that are currently in operation and generate electricity. The turbine of Dereiçi HEPP, which will be completed in 2012, is being built by MARBEYAZ. It holds a total of 13 HEPP license certificates.
MARBEYAZ is to produce Francis, Turgo and Pelton turbines between 30 kW and 20 MW, horizontally or vertically, as a domestic manufacturer. In addition to this, it produces compact mini turbines up to 1 MW and pressure reducing turbines instead of pressure reducing valves for drinking water lines.
