Mesplast Plastik San. ve Tic. A.S. Established in 1985, it is an organization that accepts it as a duty to provide the best service to its valuable customers by continuously improving and renewing itself over the years. The annual low density film and bag production capacity, which was 1000 tons when it was first established, has reached the level of 14,000 tons as of today. Last year in Turkey since the establishment of FIBC (Big-Bag) We have been supplying products for all manufacturers in the industry. Apart from that, we produce products with high technical features such as non-hygienic conductive films and bags, as well as products such as shrink film, bags, heavy-duty bags, covers.
We began our work in 2008 to fill the vacancy caused by the stretch-hood machines begin to rise in Turkey that domestic manufacturers in this regard. The stretch hood films we have produced so far have been tested on Bocedi, Beumer, Lachenmeier, Timon, Metral, Varlık Makina and Keramik machines and are used by customers using these machines. Our company is the only approved supplier of the German company Beumer in Turkey. Approximately the last 1 year Italian firms also use bugs in the new machine installations where our products are made in Turkey see fit.

Although it occupies a modest place in our production volume, PACK garment bag, which is the only product for the end user of our company, which makes industrial production, will continue to be our face in the markets.

The raw materials we use (mLLDPE, EVA, LDPE etc.) and additives (UV, AntiBlock etc.) are mixed with fully computer controlled gravimetric dosing systems without any error. Our electronic thickness control systems, which work in integration with the gravimetric dosing system and the computer system, ensure that the thickness distribution in the films we produce is minimized and in this way we can offer you the best quality products.
