About
NIL, which was established in 1992 by knowing the problems and needs of the metalware industry, combined the importance it attaches to quality with the desire to do the best, and made a significant part of its investment to keep the processes under control and therefore to make the least mistakes in the final product. A 24-hour working order has been established to ensure that deliveries are made on time and regularly. Our annual capacity is 6,000 tons on breeding basis.
Among the heat treatments performed, there are types that require high technology and knowledge such as gas cementation, carbonitriding, reclamation, vacuum reclamation, subzero heat treatment.
The NIL Quality system started its work with its establishment. The heat treatment is documented at all stages and traceability is provided backwards. QS9000 in 2003 and ISO / TS 16949 Quality System Certificate in 2006 were obtained.
