Nörometrika Medical Medical Technologies Health Software Hardware and Consultancy Industry and Trade Limited Company (shortly Nörometrika) was established on 08.07.2009 and published in the Official Gazette on 13.07.2009.
The term of the company is 99 years from the date of registration and announcement.
The director of the company is Sirel Karakaş. Cem Karakaş and Hakkı Muammer Karakaş were among the partners of the company.
Neurometrika was established during the realization of the R&D project supported by Hacettepe University Technology Development Center (TEKMER-KOSGEB). Throughout the project, the headquarters of the company was Hacettepe University Technology Development Center, Beytepe, Ankara.
The mentioned R&D project was started on 22.05.2009 and the project was successfully closed on February 07.12.2012.
Subsequently, the headquarters of Nörometrika was changed as Tepe Prime, Block C, Number 90, Çankaya, Ankara on 15.03.2013 and the change was published in the Official Gazette on 20.03.2013.
