Puko Consulting Ethics Agreement
We have adopted ETHICAL ASSURANCE FOR CONSULTANTS, which was established to emphasize that we accept voluntary obligations above and beyond legal obligations with a self-discipline, by integrating the consultancy business we have undertaken for professional purposes, with the aim of protecting the reputation of the profession, taking into account the interests of our customers. In this context:
We will serve our customers with honesty, competence and objectivity,
We respect the confidentiality of all customer-related information-records and will only use them with permission,
We will not use trusted and given customer information to any advantage,
However, we will accept jobs in which we have experience and competence, and will not provide consultancy services based on information that can only be obtained through reading or listening, which are not verified and reinforced by our real life experiences,
We will allocate people with appropriate experience, knowledge and expertise to jobs,
We will immediately notify the customer of any situation that may affect our objectivity,
When faced with a consultancy job that could damage our objectivity or integrity, we will suggest to our client to withdraw from our consultancy.
