Our Company Policy
Our company, which carries out helical spring, balance rod, design and manufacturing activities for the automotive sector, aims to continuously improve and develop as a company preferred by all OEMs.
For this purpose, our policy as Rözmaş Çelik:
♦ The product that fully meets the expectations of quality, economical and customers under increasingly competitive conditions; To design, produce and ship with ZERO ERRORS.
♦ To continue our activities in accordance with the legal and other conditions that we are obliged with the awareness that we borrow the environment from future generations, to prevent environmental pollution,
♦ To implement the requirements of TS / ISO 16949 and ISO 9001 Quality, OHSAS 18001 Worker Health and Safety, ISO 14001 Environmental Management standards with the awareness that employees are our treasure and continuously improve their effectiveness,
♦ To prioritize occupational health and safety in all our activities, to manage and improve our risks in a planned manner and to reduce them to an acceptable level.
As Rözmaş Çelik, our main principle is to reach the targets determined by acting within the framework of these policies and to ensure the continuity of customer satisfaction.
