SAĞLAMER PLASTİK, which has been operating in the Slippers and Footwear sector for more than half a century, started its first activities in this sector with the production of PVC shoes by HASAN SAĞLAMER in Gaziantep in the 1960s. Subsequently, it expanded its product range with the production of PVC slippers in 1980, polyurethane slippers and soles in 1989, and eva slippers in 2006. In addition, the company put into operation the artificial leather, polyurethane and EVA raw material production facilities used in production within its own structure and with its own capital. Thus, it had the advantage of producing durable raw materials according to its own quality. Our company has the capacity to produce 15,000 pairs of eva slippers, 35,000 pairs of polyurethane slippers and their raw materials per day in a total closed area of 35,000 square meters in Nizip Street in Gaziantep, 2nd and 4th Organized Industrial Zones. We are able to produce approximately 32.000.000 pairs annually in various sizes and models. Until the end of 2015, we are planning our machine park and working area to reach an annual production capacity of 60.000.000 pairs of slippers.
Having adopted customer satisfaction as its basic principle, SAĞLAMER PLASTİK develops its technical infrastructure and personnel competence every year in order to meet high quantity orders in a short time. Due to our sensitivity to human health and the environment, we produce and use ecological raw materials. Our goal is to meet customer demands at the right time with an elastic production method in variable market conditions. For this, we manage the procedures in the administrative process in the simplest way, analyze the needs of each customer quickly and offer solutions. At the same time, we are constantly checking stock to increase the competitive power of our customers in the market.
