Telform Inc. In accordance with European standards ø 0.15 - ø 6.00 mm. produces Compression Springs, Tension Springs, Torsion and Double Torsion Springs, Form Springs from Wire and Band Material, Ring Springs, Screwed and Screwless Hose Clamps, Pipe Clamps and Vending Springs automatically on computer programmed CNC machines. All production processes are carried out in Telform in accordance with ISO norms, using high-carbon raw materials suitable for the purpose. Stress relief is also performed within the company in accordance with the product function.
1996
It was established by the partnership of an Italian company and M. Levent KÜÇÜKŞENER.
It started production in Güzelyalı-Pendik-Istanbul with 8 people and 5 machines in an area of 500 m².
1997
Sinan DÜLGER became a partner of the company by acquiring shares from the Italian company.
A 4,950 m² land was purchased in Aydınlı-Tuzla-İstanbul and continued to grow by increasing its staff and production with 40 people in its 1,500 m² factory building.
1998
It bought 15 Various Spring machines and increased its production capacity by 45%.
2001
It received the ISO 9001 Quality certificate. Ring Spring production started.
2004
It rented an additional 1500 m² factory building and increased the production capacity in a total area of 3,000 m².
2009
İsmet DÜLGER bought the Italian group shares on 20 April.
Telform became a company with 100% Turkish capital.
Ring spring production capacity increased by making new machinery investments.
2010
20% capacity increase was achieved in the production of Torsion Springs, Tension Springs and Compression Springs by investing in a new spring machine.
The factory construction with a closed area of 7.200 m² in Gebze-Kocali GEPOSB started.
2011
- In January; Moved to GEPOSB - Kocaeli with the completion of the construction.
- In September; Pipe Clamp production started with a new investment.
- In December; ISO / TS 16949: 2009 certificate was obtained from SGS, and also the expired ISO 9001: 2008 certificate was renewed.
2012
Telform continues its production with 120 employees.
2013
Bihler invested in RM30 Band and Wire processing machine to increase the capacity in the form springs section.
2014
It invested in hardware and equipment for product development, design, and machinery manufacturing. It also invested in a special grouping and assembly machine for the product. In addition, Whirlpool has increased its capacity by investing in Wafios, Bihler and A-Tech machines with a long-term agreement with Europe.
2015
He designed a multi-feed robotic controlled cnc machine for the needs of his own design and started production. In addition, Bihler invested in GRM80 Band and Wire processing machine and started working for the production of Spring Band Clamp.
2016
It continues to meet the needs of its foreign customers with new modern machinery investments with automation.
