“TOPSAN ” Ltd. Company is established in 1979 at Istanbul. In the first years, the firm was producing only a product, after the years past, species of goods has been increased and the firm has taken in its place in the market. Especially, the date 1994 was the beginning of development for the Company “TOPSAN”. To give answer to our customers’ expectations, we made new investments for machine parcur, we increase species of our products and also we gave importance to the studies of quality.
