UZUNOĞLU FIRE BRICK MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY IMPORT AND EXPORT TRADE, as Turkey is among the first leading refractory companies.
The activity of our company started in Ankara in 1963 with the company named UZUNOĞLU SERAMİK VE ATEŞ TUĞLA. Its field of activity has been small diameter ceramic pipes and heater beads. In order to respond to the refractory market developing in the 1980s, it has managed to shift its activities to medium and heavy industry. In 1987, it established another factory and expanded its heavy industry and technological refractory manufacturing. In 1999, the factory in Ankara continued its activities by increasing its production in 20.000 m2 open area and 4000 m2 closed area. By moving to modern facilities in the organized industrial zone, it continues its production activities in these centers and marketing activities from Ankara / Ostim center.
Our company has a capacity of 7.000 - 12.000 tons / year in shaped refractories and 12.500 - 35.000 tons / year in monolitive refractories.
UZUNOĞLU ATEŞ TUĞLA, iron steel, non-ferrous metals (aluminum, galvanized, zinc, lead), soil industry (cement, lime, plaster, ceramic, brick), petroleum - chemistry (chemistry, refinery, energy sector), thermal power plants and various It serves the steam power plants, wood industry and glass industry of the sectors.
Quality: Control parameters and standards have been introduced by examining all quality factors in the production process stages. These control systems are constantly recorded.
Acceptance of raw materials, preparation of blends, shaping of bricks, drying - firing stages and final checks before packaging are carried out regularly during production.
