Established in 1987 by Sadettin Yavuz as the first company of the group in Istanbul, Yapkim Yavuzlar Plastik ve Kimya San. Tic. A.Ş., operates in the field of plastic raw materials trading. Founded in 1992 due to the increasing demand for plastic import, ABS Dış Tic. Ltd. After making plastics Sti trade and importing raw materials to meet the needs of firms in Turkey in 1998 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands was established Say Polymers BV.
ABS Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. and Yapkim Yavuzlar Plastik ve Kimya San. Tic. A.S. companies merged on 31 May 2010.
Group to non-resident companies in Turkey, serves as the marketing of the products it received from Petkim and imports in the domestic market.
