After the fatal accidents that happened one after another left their mark on 2014, as of today, in the buildings and works subject to license published in the Official Gazette dated 19.09.2014 and numbered 29124; Controls have started for the implementation of the communiqué on exterior scaffolding consisting of wood and pre-constructed steel and aluminum alloy components to be used on the exterior of building constructions. It is stated by the highest level officials of the institutions that the institutions in charge of inspection will not tolerate scaffolding applications that do not have a standard certificate and do not have safe scaffolding features.
In order to obtain a Building License, TSE certified scaffolding projects will be given as a license attachment.
On the other hand, within the scope of the aforementioned communiqué, the declaration by the contractors that the scaffolding configurations with TSE certificate will be used at the stage of obtaining the building license and the static calculations and the project will come into effect on 01/07/2015.
