The personnel staff in the workplace is determined by the measures of the business economy, and it is ensured by all personnel that honorable work is only possible with efficient work.

* Not to have been convicted of a disgraceful crime or convicted of a serious crime restricting public rights.
* To have the health condition required by the job.
* Without prejudice to the provisions of the regulation regarding the employment of disabled personnel, not to have a physical and mental illness that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously.
* To be successful in the interview and / or exam.
* Not being over the age of 35 for other positions other than Expert / Manager positions.
* Not having compulsory service for private and public institutions.
