Alpsan A.Ş., which started production in 1985. was founded to produce PVC blinds. On this date, the production of a single profile with a monthly capacity of 30 tons of two 60 single screw extruders started. Alpsan Inc. With a continuous increase in capacity and product range, it currently manufactures with 13 double screw machines of different sizes with a capacity of nearly 500 tons per month. It strengthens its position in the sector day by day with its product range of over 100 units. Aluminum profile production, which started in partnership in 1993, opened new horizons in front of the company with the acquisition of the entire operating rights of the facility and the investments were mainly shifted to aluminum profile production.
Alpsan Inc. When the aluminum factory was taken over, it had a monthly capacity of 50 tons, while production reached 950 tons per month in the intervening period. With 1 new press whose installation was completed in July 2011, the capacity reached 1100 tons per month. During this period, Alpsan A.Ş. has continuously improved its quality and vision, certified its quality, and has become to export 60% of the product it produces.
