Bahadır Shipyard was established in Trabzon in 1863. Bahadır Dockyard mainly produces fishing boats, until 1864, Turkey\'s first ferry from 1872\'y Suhulet Trolley has served as a subcontractor in the construction of Vapuru.

Bahadır Shipyard, which ceased its activities in 1989, has made significant contributions to the development of the maritime sector by producing hundreds of boats throughout the years it operates.

Founder Ali Bahadır\'s grandson, Angel Cengiz Şıklaroğlu, took over in 2005 to revive the company and open it to the European market. The company, whose products, vision and identity were renewed, moved to Istanbul under the name Angel Yachts.

First of all, Angel Yachts started to produce classic designed lobster models, and with the confidence of the success of these models, it started to add different models to its product range.

Angel Yachts, keeping its models out of ordinary lines in terms of both design and colors, uses retro designs and different colors in all models.

Angel Yachts, which prefers mass production with the aim of reducing costs without sacrificing quality, instead of producing boutique boats like peer companies, has 9 different models between 7 - 26 meters in the production line.

As of 2012 the annual production of 60 said Angel Yachts classic yacht fiber production in Turkey the first in its class, it\'s the fourth in Europe.
