People\'s expectations from education are increasingly different. While the international competition, which increases with the information society and globalization, emphasizes learning and school on the one hand, individuals tend to learn from out-of-school education centers what they cannot learn at school. Schools that should be the pioneers of change find it difficult to keep up with the pace of change. Schools that cannot be changed by themselves are frequently tried to be changed with external interventions, which causes traumas. For these reasons, schools need assessment institutions that will evaluate the management and education processes and guide their development. In addition, it is inevitable that schools that declare themselves successful before going through an external evaluation and accreditation process need external evidence in terms of their institutional reputation in the public.
Accreditation; Although it is generally defined as “providing equivalence in specified standards” in the literature, Researching School accreditation means that no school is equivalent to another, competing in difference and seeking excellence. The Researcher School does not just measure where you have reached at the end of the road. It also examines what your goal is and how your journey is going. In addition to focusing on the learning outcomes of students, the Researcher School measures and evaluates teachers\' and school staff\'s job satisfaction, motivation, autonomy levels, organizational commitment and professional development opportunities. Students\' learning outcomes have been expanded to include 21st century skills. In this sense, students\' having the following skills is among the basic conditions of being a Research School.
