People\'s expectations from education are increasingly different. While the international competition, which increases with the information society and globalization, emphasizes learning and school on the one hand, individuals tend to learn from out-of-school education centers what they cannot learn at school. Schools that should be the pioneers of change find it difficult to keep up with the pace of change.
