ASTİM A.Ş. It was established in 1980. It currently operates in the Dilovası Organized Industrial Zone, in Gebze, an industrial zone very close to the European highway and ports, with a 6000 m² closed and 8000 m² open manufacturing and storage area.
Astim Inc. It is equipped with suitable machinery and equipment and has a capacity of 5000 tons of steel work per year. Astim Inc. organization, with the contribution of other sub-contractors and expert teams, has been established in a way to further increase this capacity. Our company is equipped to manufacture equipment with a diameter of 5 m, a length of 40 m and a weight of 40 tons in a single piece.
ASTHMA; It has the experience of designing and manufacturing in accordance with international norms such as DIN EN, AD 2000-Merkblatt, ASME, API 650 and EN ISO 3834-2. Astim is a medium-sized, experienced organization that considers quality as the most important criterion. Many of its projects have been completed under the control of international audit organizations such as TÜV SÜD, TÜV NORD, American Bureau of Shipping, Bureau Veritas, SGS and LR.
Our quality management and organization have been certified by TÜV NORD in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008 management system. Our equipment is manufactured in accordance with the European Union\'s relevant mechanical and electrical instructions and with CE certificate, and our periodically renewed GOST-R certificate ensures that these products are exported to Russia and CIS countries without any problem. Our organization, which also has the EN ISO 3834-2 certificate, which is the European Union Manufacturer certificate, has the infrastructure to receive other documents in a very short time as required.
