Atlas Aluminum started profile production with extrusion method in 2007. Since its establishment, it has continued to produce Facade systems, Construction and building group profiles, Standard profiles, Advertising profiles, exhibition systems, Electric profiles, Shower cabin systems, Elevator profiles, Heating - cooling systems profiles, Floor profiles and Furniture profiles. At the beginning of 2009, Atlas Aluminum was incorporated by Özdemirler Antenna industry, with the understanding that the crisis could also be an opportunity in an environment where our country was in an economic crisis environment and even the companies operating in the sector for years were in trouble.
ATLAS ALUMINUM IS 100% PARTICIPATION OF ÖAS.
In our factory in Çorlu, we have a state-of-the-art 1880 USTON aluminum extrusion press and dyehouse. Our production capacity is 6000 tons / year, and we send 50% of our production abroad. We aim to double our production capacity in a few years.
Atlas Aluminum has started to work to establish a second press and anodizing facility in response to the intense expectations of our customers.
It manufactures extrusion molds with CNC lathe, manual lathe and wire erosion machines in accordance with the technology within our factory and controls the processes of profile production at every stage. \"
Atlas Aluminum is ready to develop FACADE SYSTEMS, WINDOWS and DOOR SYSTEMS that will serve the most modern buildings in the world with its R&D and marketing department in our management building located in Beylikdüzü Organize Sanayii. Nearly 15 engineers work here. At the same time, all of our products are shown practically in the showroom.
Atlas Aluminum is a new breath in extrusion profile manufacturing.
