After being established in 1993, Aytac Gida, was acquired by Yildiz Holding at the end of 2013. The production takes place in seven different plants on 852,000 square meter of area in Cerkes district of Cankiri. Aytac Plants stand as one of the largest integrated investments in the world with a daily capacity to slaughter 750 bovine and 2,500 ovine animals, to produce 100,000 On-Plate and 60,000 Bagged Whole chickens, and to process 60,000 tons of animal annually at state-of-the-art food technology. Stockbreeding, poultry husbandry and ready-to-eat meat and meat products, as well as delivery processes are all done with computer monitoring at Aytac plats.
