Brisa, 100% Turkish capital, by Sabancı Holding and its partners, Lassa Lastik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. It was founded in 1974 under the license agreement with the American company BF Goodrich. The company, which started production in 1977 in a closed area of 90,000 square meters and was organized with 186 dealers in 60 provinces, produced tires under the Lassa brand until 1988 and extended its product range from passenger car, truck and bus tires to tractor and construction equipment tires. The new factory, the foundation of which was laid on July 1, 1989, started its first mass production in 1990 with the new technology in its production facilities growing to 196,000 square meters.
