Our company, which has been operating in the motorcycle sector since 1979, mainly serves in the field of automotive sub-industry. Our company\'s general products include Crankcase, CRANK, COMPLETE ENGINE, GAS CONTROL ARM, CYLINDER COVER, SUSPENSION EQUIPMENT, CARBURETOR and various parts made for spare parts of PEUGEOT AND MOBYLETTE brand motorcycles. In addition to sub-industry production, our company has started to produce spare parts for export since 1999.
At ÇAVUŞOĞLU MAKİNA, we believe that technological possibilities should be provided and necessary equipment should be purchased as an opportunity to catch up with the age. We work as a team with certain principles, we want to achieve goals for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Within the scope of production; Mold design of products, Aluminum alloy injection molding, machining and assembly. The raw materials used in the production of our products are supplied domestically and abroad. Production departments of ÇAVUŞOĞLU MAKİNA consist of Molding Room, Foundry, Machining Welding Room, Eccentric Press, Plastic Injection and Assembly departments.

In the mold section, there are EDM bench, Universal Lathe, Milling, drill, Plane Grinding bench.
There are injection presses and vibration machines between 100 and 300 tons in the foundry section.
There are CNC Turning and Milling, table type drill benches in the machining department.
The assembly section consists of pneumatic assembly benches.
In the Plastic Injection Department; There is a Plastic Injection Bench and their molds and apparatus.
Electrostatic painting, chrome plating, zinc plating processes are done outside the company.
After the technical drawings, operation plans, process flow charts and drawings of the products that are decided to be produced and whose materials are ready, production is made by opening a work order in accordance with the planned production.
Our production is based on placing the quality in the product during the process.
