Cengiz TEKÖZ, the founder of our company, started heel production as an apprentice in 1962, and developed himself in the profession and established Cem Ökçe production in a 30 square meter workshop in Beyazıt Gedikpaşa in 1973. Under the conditions of the period, he has earned the title of \"whopper\" master who does what can not be done in the shoe industry by not compromising its quality. Quality production, fast service, correct price and customer satisfaction are the primary targets.
Cem Ökçe production, which had a daily capacity of 300 - 500 pairs during the establishment years, reached the production of 2500-3500 pairs of tree heel in 1990 in its 250 square meter workshop in Merter. As a result of the changing manufacturing technologies and needs in the 1990s, Cem Ökçe production started to produce plastic heel in 2000, in line with the needs of the shoe industry, and was named Ce-Plast Plastic Heel Manufacturing. This new formation, which we started with a workshop logic and amateur spirit, combined with 38 years of heel manufacturing experience, made Ce-Plast Plastic Heel Manufacturing an indispensable supplier of shoe manufacturers in a very short time.
Today, Ce-Plast plastic heel manufacturing has started to produce models within 20 minutes and plastic heel within 3 hours using the latest system technologies in a closed area of 1800 square meters.
