The foundations of our company, which continues its rapid institutionalization activities with deep-rooted moves that will give a sustainable momentum to the economic future of the country, were laid by the founder of our company, Mr. Şefik Çelik, in the early 1970s.
We have continuously invested in our production items and technology over the years with our belief in the development of agricultural machinery manufacturing, which is one of the productions that form the basis for the growth and development of the country\'s agriculture and food sector. We took part in the development stages of the production of Agricultural Machinery, especially in our region and country.
We also contributed to Balıkesir\'s industrial production capacity and technology with the machinery and technology investments we made in our facilities.
Institutionalization started with our 2nd generation managers. The 2nd generation managers of our company in 1990; They have completed the incorporation process of our company, which is growing in terms of investment, employment and technology. Our company\'s partnership with the 3rd generation continues.
With the incorporation process, our in-house planning started to be made within the programs, and our production and market share in the agricultural machinery sector has gradually increased with the investment we made in our human resources, and it has become an important organization throughout the country in its sector.
Our company, which reinforces its understanding of quality with R & D studies, responded to the developments in the quality management system and quality certification on a global basis and ensured its internalization by having the documents in this field.
Today, in 4 separate production facilities; With all the processes and administrative units of the production, we work with nearly 200 qualified personnel to contribute to the country\'s production and to produce qualified added value all year round.
