The obligation to obtain a license from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry from real and legal persons operating in the collection-separation of packaging wastes within the scope of the regulation by publishing the \"Regulation on the control of packaging and packaging wastes\" in the Official Gazette dated 30.07.2004 and numbered 25538 for the purpose of reuse, recovery and recycling of packaging wastes. has been brought. With the enactment of the regulation, in 2006, the facility received a temporary work permit as \"PACKAGING WASTE COLLECTION SEPARATION PLANT\". This permission has been converted into a license as of May 2008 as a result of the necessary inspections.
In 2007, protocols were signed with Köseköy and Uzunçiftlik municipalities with the obligations imposed by the Regulation on Packaging Waste Control published in the Official Gazette No. 26562, and separate collection and separation studies were initiated in the selected pilot regions. With the protocol signed with Kartepe Municipality in 2009, recycling studies continued. The protocol signed with Kartepe Municipality was renewed in November-2010. Finally, work continues within the scope of the PACKAGING WASTE CONTROL REGULATION published in the official gazette on 24.08.2011.
We have made the necessary applications for our TAT License expiring on 24.06.2011 and received our temporary work permit. At the end of the 6-month period required by the regulation, we will renew our ENVIRONMENTAL PERMIT AND LICENSE with the necessary audits.
