About
In the spring of 2005, we took our first steps towards our longing to live in the bosom of nature, which has been burning inside us since our childhood. We established a farm among the vineyards of the beautiful Aegean that yield honey in bunches. Our bodies find health with the pure GMO-free flavors we produce in our farm.
Our aim is not to buy any foodstuffs other than tea, sugar and salt. Our land gives us all kinds of fruits and vegetables. Even our bread is from our own flour, from our own stone oven. Our cows, lambs and chickens, who live in our farm as members of our family, are fed with our alfalfa, barley and wheat grown in our fields without additives and pure GMO. Of course, they give the right to what they eat with delicious milk and eggs.
CULINA was born with the idea of delivering these health source products to our new friends, upon requests from our friends in Istanbul, who have shared our excitement and happiness with good wishes from the very beginning by following this adventure closely, visiting our farm and tasting our products whenever possible.
These efforts also made us realize that many health and healing resources in Anatolia that will delight our palate are waiting to be discovered and come to our tables. It is a special joy and happiness for us to grow and do what we can do in our farm, and to deliver what we cannot do for ourselves and our friends.
