About
Doğuş Plastik ve Kalıp San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. First started its activities in 1985 with mold manufacturing in Süleymaniye, and in the following years expanded its field of activity with the production of plastic injection parts besides mold production. We are currently operating in Haramidere Industrial Site in a closed production area of approximately 1200 m2. We aim to provide better service to our customers in our new factory building with a total closed area of 4.000 m2 in Esenyurt district, which started in 2011 and will end in early 2012. In our production, our company can make plastic injection printing up to 800 grams with our machines with different clamping forces between 120 and 320 tons, and our company, which has an annual raw material processing capacity of approximately 1000 tons, has ISO9001: 2008 quality certificate and generally operates in two fields:

With our team of experts in mold manufacturing, we are able to design and manufacture all kinds of plastic injection molds. Being aware of the fact that the quality of the mold is the most important factor in the production of plastic parts, our team tries to fully meet the demands of our customers by performing quality control studies at every stage of mold production. In our mold room, we only make molds of parts that will be manufactured in-house.
