About
Our company EPS SAN. TIC. LTD. STI. was founded in 1991 in Bursa which is one of the developed cities in Turkey. The company gives services especially at manufacturing of entegral, sponge and metal material for Equipments of Office, Automotive, Health, Education and Shoes sector.
Our main production is entegral, cold sponge shaped by mould, inner pads of orthopedic shoes, chairs of conference-cinema-theater, inserts made by steel or metal materials, constructions and legs of table and desks. Frameworks of entegral and sponge are manufactured in our metal atelier. Patterns and pattern apparatuses are manufactured by CAD/CAM Softwares and CNC Routers (Cincinnati) (Entegral, Sponge, Sheet and Plastic Patterns) in EPS.
E.P.S. Ltd. Sti. manufactures on a 5.000 m2 closed area with 7 Polyurethane machines and rotating belt system. We have 2.000 ton/year polyurethane processing capacity. E.P.S. uses CFC-water based Flexible Polyurethane system and manufactures with using 141b and 134a system entegral rawmaterial. We have almost 100 staff.
As E.P.S. San. Tic. Ltd. Sti. we manufacture Chairs of Conference, Cinema and Theater in Bursa. And the materials (Sponge, Metal Legs, Pls. Injection Covers) which are used in production of chairs are manufactured in our facility. Therefore we will be very glad to cooperate with you about any needs of conference chairs as a supplier.
