Who are we?
Our group is organized as an integrated facility. After the product design and CAD drawings are made by our R&D department, the drawings are transferred in CAD and made in our own molding room or made in another mold shop abroad. We can print all plastic parts by ourselves and we can do the product assembly ourselves.
We have 35 plastic injection, 2 metal injection and 3 assembly lines in our structure. We pay great attention to our product quality with the knowledge gained from working with international companies for many years.
Our Quality Controls:
1-Incoming quality control: Raw materials and materials count, measurement control, suitability for production, packaging and material qualities are checked at stock entries.
2-Injection section control: Printed parts are checked for their size, color and production compliance.
3-Process and final control: The products taken over the band at any time in the production lines are tested in the quality control department and checked and if a problem is encountered, the production lines can be stopped until the problems are eliminated.
4- Laboratory: Mechanical impact and life tests are carried out in our product laboratory in order to implement new projects, to measure the efficiency of our products and processes.
