About
ESA is located in Gebze “Dilovası Organized Industrial Zone” where it is established and produces composite materials.
Our company, which produces special composite products for the needs of Esa Kompozit, Electric-Electronics, Cable, Construction, Chemical, Defense, Marine, Automotive, Medicine, Aviation and Space Sectors, works in an open area of 8500 m2 and a closed area of 5000 m2.
In 1997, it started the production of fiber optic center elements with the pultrusion technique and became the most important supplier of all cable manufacturers in a short time. In the following years, it has proved its production quality by selling this technological product to world giant companies in Italy and England. ESA Kompozit is now producing many different composite pipes and profiles in various molds by taking the right steps towards its goals.
Apart from pultrusion, Esa Kompozit can produce a wide variety of composite parts by using different processes such as Press Molding, RTM, SMC, Vacuum Injection, Filament Winding or their combination. Our company, which produces composite materials consisting of glass fiber, carbon fiber and aramid fiber and resins such as epoxy, vinylester and polyester, can produce all kinds of special composite profiles, parts and sheets in line with customer requests.
The profiles, parts and materials that we produce are tested in accordance with the relevant standards within the company or within the university, Tübitak. Mechanical Strength Tests (Tensile, Compressive Strength, Tensile Modulus, Tensile Modulus, Elongation Percentage), long-term resistance tests against water, salt water and various chemicals, UV light resistance, hot-cold resistance, non-flammability class tests and water absorption tests.
