We offer a complete end to end food manufacturing solution incorporating design, packaging and manufacturing that utilise fresh Australian ingredients while maintaining Australia's highest manufacturing standards. The Flavour Makers business offers a complete end-to-end food development and manufacturing solution. We work in partnership with our customers, adding value to every phase of a project cycle starting with insight discovery, right through to manufacturing and fulfilment. Our key operational facilities consist of a state of the art culinary development centre, a dry blending facility, a liquid processing plant (hot-fill) and a retort plant capable of processing both liquid and solid ingredients. These three processes can be used individually or in combination to produce an endless array of product possibilities. Dry Blending Plant: Designed completely in-house, our state-of-the-art dry blending facility works hand in hand with our own production processes created from decades of experience. This enables us to manage a wide range of allergens, as well as produce both simple and complex formulations efficiently at both small and large scales. We tailor packaging solutions according to customer requirements while ensuring maximum freshness and shelf life. Liquid Hot-fill Plant: Our wet plant is suitable for producing a wide range of shelf-stable, low pH sauces utilising hot-fill methodologies. Designed and built to our own special cations, our wet plant offers the ideal balance between flexibility and efficiency of production - with quality remaining paramount. This enables us to cater to a wide range of allergen requirements and work with customers on both small and large scale projects. Retort Meals & Soup Plant: Capable of processing liquids as well as solid ingredients such as meats, rice, pasta and grains, our retort facility can produce an amazing array of finished products. Using the retort method, a broad range of flavour profiles can be achieved and in combination with the latest packaging materials, finished goods can be stored at ambient temperatures for up to two years. ||Less|||||| |
