FLOKONTROL Industrial Automation Industry and Trade Limited Company
It is a company that started its official activities in 1997 and its establishment purpose is to produce robotic solutions. For this purpose, it produced the first two axis industrial robots in 1998. Immediately afterwards, it implemented its first robotic project-based installation at the Paşabahçe Mersin Plant\'s tea glass boxing line.
Until 2003, it produced a total of 5 2 axis industrial robots.
Yet the demands of industrial robotics applications for the next new Flokontrol Turkey over these years has developed a wide range of automation solutions for special applications. It has serious solutions especially for glass and packaging.
Looking at this issue from another aspect, there are 10 different companies working professionally on one of the similar solutions only in Italy.
Flokontrol has passed this challenging and dynamic period with decisive steps and strengthened its success graphic with customer satisfaction. Factory automation equipment, information and control systems, product and solution partner in Turkey has been mounting industry with expertise in transfer. Looking at the product range, it is a mission to increase the productivity, quality, efficiency and safety of its customers by using the latest technologies in project management, engineering, production, serial product flow, field communication, independent of a single machine. Flokontrol is the official Fanuc Robotics system integrator for Transport, Packaging and Palletizing as of 2005.
The main reason Fanuc Robotics has been chosen as a partner is their superior professionalism and their readiness to share their long-term experience with us. As it is known, Fanuc started with the production of CNC control units in 1956. Within three years, in 1959, Fanuc brand servo motor production was also acquired. Robot manufacturing started in 1974. 50 years of knowledge is too important to be taken lightly.
As of 2003, monthly robot production is in 1000s in line with the production reports. It broke new ground in the way of unmanned factories, which were considered fantastic in our memories until yesterday. It has succeeded in establishing a factory where only robots work and does not need lighting.

In the glass sector, especially with Şişecam Group, Co Dizayn concept has been working intensively for about 5 years. The same continuity continues in the international investments of Şişecam Group.
In the Glass and Food sector, as of 2010, about 100 turnkey projects and 40 robots have been delivered as packaging and palletizing projects, and they are still working successfully.
The packaging and palletizing solutions developed here have a very rich variety from raw carton forming, carton filling, product grouping, special tooling design and especially palletizing peripheral equipment.
Currently, a coil packaging and palletizing system order has been received for 3M-Germany, which includes all 3M USA, and the project work has been completed. Manufacturing and installation will be completed in October 2010.
