Gençer Aluminum started production in 1988 in Gebze. Since the first years of its establishment, our company has preferred to work with a large and expert staff in order to respond to the demands of its customers in the most flexible way, and has increased its production capacity day by day. Gençer Aluminum, which creates unique Gençer Profile systems that are widely accepted by public and private organizations by bringing know-how and product diversity to the forefront, and protecting its products with Industrial Design Registration Certificates, has become an organization that rapidly steers the sector thanks to its innovative production approach.
Our facility is built on 17,500 square meters with 10,000 square meters of closed areas is one of Turkey\'s few fully integrated aluminum production facility. Our facility, which consists of billet casting facility, molding room and heat treatment facility, extrusion press, polishing, satinating, eloxal coating, electrostatic painting, wood pattern coating and accessory units, has been revised since 2005 and has become stronger with the latest technology machinery and equipment.
Extrusion profiles, which are also exported, are used in a wide variety of fields, especially in the construction, architecture, automotive, machinery, decoration and ventilation sectors. The strategy of Gençer Aluminum has always been to introduce new products to the market regularly and to renew its old systems. Gençer Aluminum will continue its strategy of market expansion and product development in the future.
Chronological History
1983
The foundations of the company were laid by Ali Rıza Gençer, the founder of Gençer Yapı, by becoming a partner in a small anodizing facility.
1985
While the management of the facility passed completely to Gençer Group, its name was Gençer Yapı Sanayi A.Ş. changed to.
1986
850 tons extrusion press started production.
1987
1650 tons extrusion press started production.
1990
Chemical Treatment Plant was established.
1993
Mold Heat Treatment Facility was established.
1994
Birhan Gençer became General Manager.
1995
Electrostatic Powder Coating Facility was established.
Billet Casting Facility was established.
1998
The company \"Gençer Alüminyum Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.\" got its name.
1999
New billet annealing furnace was put into use.
2004
Biological Treatment Facility was established.
Thermal Insulation Barrier, threading and tightening machines were revised.
2005
Vacuum Pattern Coating Facility was put into use.
Accessory manufacturing started
2007
Homogenized Billet Casting Facility was commissioned.
The new extrusion press conveyor was commissioned.
2008
Hot-Top casting system was put into use.
2009
Our 2600 tons extrusion press and new thermal furnaces were put into use.
2010
Gençer Panjur Profil was established.
Today...
Our factory, with a capacity of 18 tons of extrusion, 10000 square meters of eloxal and 7500 square meters of paint per day, continues with full speed.
