Güçsan started to take place in the industrial sector with mold manufacturing in 1967. Subsequently, the company, which also included plastic injection production in 1976, has continued its activities in Gebze Plastikçiler Organized Industrial Zone since 2003.
Güçsan Plastik works in the automotive industry at a rate of 90%, and 79% of this ratio is its direct sales to OEM main industries. Considering the customer rankings according to turnover rates, Toyota with 53% and Ford Otosan with 24% share the first two places. Other OEM customers are Otoyol, Otokar, MAN, Mercedes and Honda. In addition, indirect production is made for Fiat and Renault companies. It has a 5% production share outside the automotive sector. Heating systems and electronics industry constitute the area other than automotive.
In addition to the production of plastic parts, Güçsan Plastik also manufactures plastic molds. It currently has two molding rooms with 500m² and 700m² area. In the production of parts, it has 10500 square meters closed and 9500 square meters open and empty area.
The products are mostly interior trim, exterior trim, chassis lower parts and engine parts in passenger and commercial vehicles. Fog light frame, bumper holders, seat slide covers, door handles, various plastic covers in the vehicle, dowels, plastic parts of gas pedals, speaker covers, engine oil filling brackets, fans of pumps used in ventilation, heating and cooling systems can be shown as examples of the products produced. .
As of 2010, a turnover of around 5.5 million Euros has been achieved. One-third of the turnover consists of mold and two-thirds of parts sales. Its direct export share is 5%. However, export share exceeds 40% in foreign sales realized through customers. For example, Toyota Turkey, Britain, France, Japan and parts of South Africa are sent home. Güçsan Plastik, more than a simple mold manufacturing, offers its customers a good project management and co-design opportunities in mold design. It can print molds up to 3 tons in total. The company, which has a capacity of producing 70 molds per year, has a wide range of laboratory facilities. There are 13 test equipment. It has a young machine park of 27 machines in total.
Güçsan is not satisfied with its quality and experience in mold manufacturing, but is proud of its success and permanent prestige in the molding sector thanks to its adaptation to customer specifications and requirements and its accuracy in meeting the needs. Another important feature of the company is its performance in the emergence of more successful results by guiding its customers with technical suggestions and co-design studies.
The company also makes a difference with its proactive project management approach carried out in parallel with mold manufacturing. It has a successful line in meeting customer demands and demands with its staff aiming at continuous development and innovation. Güçsan also displayed a rapid growth with the investments made in the last 7 years. In the marathon that started with its move to GEPOSB in 2003, new molding room investments, CAD / CAM and ERP investments have an important place. In addition, a successful graphic has continued to be followed with the certification of ISO / TS 16949 and Q1, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Güçsan crowns its achievements in multiple fields with the awards it has received. Based on its 2009 performance, it has been awarded the \"Regional Contribution Award\" given by Toyota worldwide. Again for the same year, in the evaluation made among Toyota European suppliers, it was chosen first in the \"Project Management\" category. In addition, Toyota was awarded the best supplier award in 2008 in the field of supply performance among European suppliers and the second prize in Project Management among the same suppliers in the same year. In 2004, again, Toyota won the second prize in supply performance across Europe.

Establishment of Güçsan as a mold maker
The story of Güçsan dates back to 1967. Zihni Özcan, the founder of our company, together with his brother Nurettin Özcan, manufactured Plastic Injection molds under the name of Yavuz Kalıp (1967-1971), Özen Kalıp (1971-1995), Norm Kalıp (1995-….).

Güçsan was established in 1976 and its mold experience was transferred to Plastic Injection manufacturing.

Establishing Gebze factory
Our company, which has added many automotive main industry and companies from different sectors to its customer portfolio over time, has become a joint stock company with a new structure on 25.12.2003, its logo has changed and its name has taken its current form. In the same year, it moved from Ümraniye to its new factory in GEPOSB. In addition to its sister company Norm Kalıp, which they work under the same roof in Ümraniye and whose partners are the same, GEPOSB continues to supply mold needs from its own two sources by establishing a molding room within its own structure.
